Weekly Free: Photoshop.com

The Photoshop.com service is currently available at two levels of membership—Basic and Plus. The Basic level is free with the option to purchase additional storage space starting at $19.99 per year. The Plus level costs $69.99 per year for 20 GB of storage space, or $129.99 per year for 100 GB.

Below are some of the Photoshop.com features:

  • a Personal URL to access your account
  • online private and public sharing
  • online photo management, editing, and interactive photo galleries
  • browser-based upload and download
  • anywhere access to your photos and videos from Photoshop Elements 7 and Adobe Premiere Elements 7, including syncing and backup from your desktop to the web
  • mobile access (Windows Mobile, iPhone and Android)
  • 2 GB of online storage space

Also if you feel absolutely uncomfortable within the web app, Adobe has uploaded several online videos to help guide you through many things like learning how to create and manage an account; and how to upload, edit, and share your photos:

PhotoshopEverything is free to get you started, however if you still want to demo the app before you actually sign up, they do allow you to ‘test drive‘ their app.

Go check it out, its absolutely free and I can almost guarantee you’ll enjoy it if you don’t already own some type of photo manipulation software. Once you do, or if you don’t, come back here and let us know how you like it, and what your primarily using it for.
